As a strategic brand consultant, I worked with Houdini to map the Swedish outdoor lifestyle consumer, their knowledge and preference for different outdoor brands, and aspirations towrads outdoor culture and producta. The result is a brand preference matrix, consumer archetypes and consumer message directions.
The work was carried out together with Houdini and included an update on target audiences, consumer archetypes, customer key needs, and messaging.
