As part of the Gore Tex global strategy process i provided research with consumer insights and strategic directions.
I held presentation with QnA for global stakeholders within the brand, marketing and sustainability, strategy-teams, targeting the NXT sustainable consumer from a outdoor perspective. Presented three green-ish archetypes with triggers, barriers and messaging. I evaluated a new brand initiative, messaging around it and provided guidance for a potential playbook. The work was aimed as a strategic giudance for creation of global strategies and brand marketing.
