We schedule three-day trips: two days free-riding, one day ski-touring. Or two days trail running, one day hiking. Every day have sessions for inspiration, co-creation, workshops, and individual work.
As a freelance consultant, I believe it is important to take time out every year to reflect and develop a strategy, for the business but also personal goals. This can be a challenge when you are the only employee in your company, as it is hard to motivate going on your own.

The program is tailored for independent professionals who find it challenging to step away from daily responsibilities and focus on long-term goals. Over three days, you will engage in morning strategy sessions that lay the groundwork for your business’s future, followed by freeskiing or ski touring workshops arranged by Freeride Days Engelberg, where you pick n' choose after your own interest and capabilities. Each day concludes with co-creation sessions, where you'll have the opportunity to develop your strategies collaboratively while gaining insights from other participants.
